What is a DPDP readiness assessment?
A structured review of how an organization handles personal data, consent, processors, Data Principal requests, retention, controls and compliance evidence.
What does the complimentary assessment include?
The assessment reviews selected DPDP readiness areas, identifies potential gaps and provides a prioritized readiness snapshot and recommended next actions.
What is the AegisDatastra Consent Management Platform?
AegisDatastra supports enterprise consent and preference workflows, including consent records, withdrawal workflows, governance actions and audit evidence.
Is marketing consent required to request the assessment?
No. The assessment or trial request is separate from the optional choice to receive marketing communications.
Privacy notice for this assessment request
Who is collecting the information: AgileDone Tech LLC.
What we collect: the business contact and company information entered in the form, your selected area of interest, submission metadata needed to operate and secure the form, and your optional marketing preference.
Why we use it: to respond to your request, assess eligibility/scope, arrange the assessment or product trial, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, and, only if separately selected, send relevant marketing communications.
Sharing: information may be accessible to authorized personnel and service providers supporting the assessment, communications, CRM, hosting or AegisDatastra workflow. Where AjileByte supports India delivery, relevant information may be shared with authorized AjileByte personnel where needed to deliver the requested service.
Retention: We retain assessment and trial enquiry information for up to 12 months after our last substantive interaction. If you become a customer, relevant information is retained under the customer agreement and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Personal data uploaded or generated during a trial is deleted or anonymised within 30 days after the trial ends, unless you become a customer or agree to an extension. Residual backup copies expire within a further 90 days and are not used for routine business purposes. If you opt into marketing, we retain your contact details until you unsubscribe or after 24 months without meaningful engagement, whichever occurs first. After withdrawal, we retain only the minimum suppression information needed to prevent further marketing. Records required for legal obligations or an active dispute may be retained longer, with access restricted, and deleted when that requirement ends.
Your choices: Receiving marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of receiving the assessment or trial. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or emailing info@agiledonetech.com for AgileDone Tech. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect your assessment or trial.
